Signing up for a corporate email plan is a simple process. First, you need to know what the domain will be. The domain is your company’s online name, for example: YOURCOMPANY .COM. This domain can also be used to create a website later. Once this is done, you can sign up for your corporate email plan. If you don’t have a domain, you can sign up for one during the same process as signing up for your corporate email service.
What is priority support for the EMAIL300K plan?
Priority support gives you exclusive access to our 24/7 WhatsApp support, 365 days a year. We’re always available to help, plus advanced technical support like recovering lost emails from backups.
Can I transfer my corporate emails from my old provider?
Of course. We have email migration tools. You just need to know the password for your current email account and make sure your current provider supports IMAP. Leave this to our experts!
Can I use these corporate emails in any application?
Yes, all commercially available corporate email applications are compatible with our service. Our accounts are IMAP/POP, world-renowned for their compatibility.
How long does it take for the service to be operational?
The corporate email service is activated immediately after being contracted, but it must take at least an hour for it to correctly connect to the domain or DNS server of your hosting/website, which is a variable time called propagation.
If I signed up but no longer want to use the service, can I return it?
Our return policy gives you a 10-day warranty if you request a return of the service. After this time, you can no longer request a refund.
